Anansio operates on a simple, transparent credit system.

• Using Ideal Customer, filtering, and browsing companies is free.
• Free accounts include 200 welcome credits for company unlocks only.
• Paid plans add a monthly pool of included credits.
• Credit packs top up the same balance whenever you need more.
• 1 Credit = 1 company unlock for the core workflow — one credit unlocks all verified contacts at that company, not one credit per contact.
• Outbound campaigns are free — credits only unlock companies; AI drafting and sending the campaign cost nothing extra.
• Other paid workflows, including lead-list actions and employee unlock for paid accounts, also deduct from your balance based on the cost shown in the product.

Open Account → Billing & Credits to see your Credit activity list: every credit added or used, newest first, including automatic refunds. If a company turns out to be unreachable (every contact bounced or was suppressed), we refund that lead's credit to your balance automatically. You never pay for a company we could not actually reach.

Refunds are credited back the moment each lead is found unreachable, so your balance is always current. To keep the activity list readable, all of a campaign's refunds are rolled up into a single row showing the campaign name and the number of leads refunded (for example, "Unreachable lead refund ×12"), rather than one line per lead. The matching campaign's report page also shows a green credits refunded summary with the breakdown of filtered versus bounced leads, so you can see the refund in context without leaving the campaign. Because bounces can arrive hours after a send, that summary keeps climbing as feedback comes in.

If you are testing a new workflow, start with a smaller credit pack and verify the conversion quality of your lists before scaling up spend.

You can top up your balance at any time:

1. Navigate to Account → Billing & Credits.
2. Choose a Credit Pack that suits your volume (e.g., Starter, Growth, or Scale).
3. Checkout securely using Stripe. Your credits are applied to your balance instantly upon successful payment.

• Starter includes 1,800 credits per month.
• Growth includes 4,000 credits per month.
• Scale includes 10,000 credits per month.
• Included credits refresh each billing cycle.

Note: Your current credit balance is always visible in the top-right corner of the application interface.
